Software ve výuce operačního výzkumu na Univerzitě obranyNerecenzované - Ostatní

Příspěvek se zabývá výukou předmětu operační výzkum na Univerzitě obrany a její podporou prostřednictvím zapojení vybraných software pro řeąení úloh lineárního programování. Hlavním cílem příspěvku je s pomocí ukázkového řeąení úlohy lineárního programování demonstrovat moľnosti vyuľití doplňku Řeąitel v programu Microsoft Excel a programu Linear Program Solver ve výuce operačního výzkumu. Příspěvek dále stručně seznamuje čtenáře s operačním výzkumem jakoľto vědeckou disciplínou a předmětem vyučovaným na Univerzitě obrany. V neposlední řadě jsou zde diskutovány výhody a nevýhody zapojení software do výuky operačního výzkumu.

Software in Teaching Operations Research at University of Defence

This paper deals with teaching of operations research at University of Defence and its support by means of using selected software for linear programming. The main aim of the paper is to demonstrate possibilities of using the add-in program Solver in Microsoft Excel and Linear Program Solver in teaching operations research via solving an illustrative example of linear programming problem. The paper further introduces operations research as a scientific discipline and a course taught at University of Defence. Last but not least, it discusses advantages and drawbacks of introducing software into teaching of operations research.
