We are pleased to share with you the paper published in our journal in No. 3/1920. The paper written by Lieutenant Rudolf Lounský is called "President o armádě" (President on the Army). In his paper, the author introduces President Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk's ideas of a democratic army.
